The TM-GATE Foundation Human rights department has expressed its growing consensus on the fundamental role of human rights in the realization of human rights education is:- a learning process encompassing various dimensions, such as:
-
Knowledge and skills
-
Values and attitudes
-
Behaviour and action

The TM-GATE Foundation's human rights are both abstract and practical. They hold up the inspiring vision of a free, just, and peaceful world and set minimum standards for, how both individuals and institutions should treat people. Our organization empowers people to take action, to demand and defend their rights and the rights of others. We believe that human values are rooted in the wisdom literature, traditional values, and religious teachings of almost every culture, and the education of human rights therefore stretches to all learning that develops knowledge, skills, and understanding of human behaviour.

We reaffirm the importance of human rights education, training and public information, declaring its essential for the achievement of constant and harmonious relations among communities, and for fostering mutual understanding, tolerance and peace.

The program and projects encourages understanding and conscious commitment to the fundamental values of human rights and democracy, such as equality and fairness, and being able to recognize problems such as racism, sexism, and other injustices as violations of those values and also motivates a sense of personal responsibility for promoting and protecting the rights of all.
